I have been fortunate to have traveled many destinations in my lifetime, but I do have to say it is hard to find a place that makes you feel like it’s home!Cody and Ana have done an exceptional job with their place, decorated for not only families in mind, but for couples who are looking to get away. Bedrooms, decorated and styled beautifully, everything you need in the kitchen to cook, breakfast lunch and dinner and then the living room being spacious and comfortable. I was particularly impressed how incredibly clean and sanitary everything was. They provide microfiber beach towels, which are phenomenal and beach chairs umbrella so you can enjoy the beach, which is only a five minute walk from the front porch. I can definitely tell these individuals take great pride!Without sounding overbearing, I can honestly say these two will have my business for the rest of my days! Thank you, Cody and Ana!

Cody's place is AMAZING!! To be entirely honest this is probably the most thoughtfully set up Airbnb I have ever been in. They though of EVERYTHING!!First off...If you are looking at places up near Playa Hermosa or Playa Coco DON'T DO IT!!! The beaches are not good. Playa Flamingo is a FABULOUS beach!! So about Cody's Place. Beautiful. Higher end EVERYTHING including shampoos, conditioner, soaps, body washes, lotions ect.. This place has all the personal hygiene stuff. The Kitchen is very nice with higher quality everything that actually matches my own high standards for kitchen wares. The entire home is reallly cool with great areas for kids with bunks and hidden play rooms even. The beach accessories are amazing. The place has a great heated pool. Is 90 seconds from the beach. Massages on the beach $40 an hour... Minimal beach vendors.. Like maybe a couple and respectful. I could go on for a long time but just know the place and the area are AMAZING and so is Cody.

#16 Villas Flamingo is the ideal rental in Playa Flamingo. It is perfectly located with safe and easy access to the nicest part of the nicest beach in Costa Rica. Cody & Anna are the ultimate hosts. Their care for their property and guests is front and center of everything they do. We have consistently returned year after year because the entire experience is first class. Exactly what you want in a vacation rental. Their communication is quick and in the event any issues crop up they have a solution faster then you would think possible in a country like Costa Rica. Do not hesitate to book this fantastic unit and enjoy it as much as we have.

Great place to stay for your beach vacation. Close to the beach (2min walk), pool by your doorsteps, and the most important there is nature all around you. We had monkeys hanging on the trees by the apartment. The property is very clean and well maintenance. Apartment is fully equipped with all you need for your stay, with extra bonus of beach gear, and beach towels. I highly recommend this place for your stay. Cody is a great host, and ask him for restaurants recommendations, he knows the good places to go to 🙂

Wow! Cody‘s place exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing as well as the condo. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a beach, vacation and more. One of the nicest Airbnb‘s that we’ve ever stayed !

Omg the best stay I’ve ever had! Communication location cleanliness flexibility amenities milk fruit great bath products this is the place to stay!! Love the beach just a short walk, relax in the pool, walk to coco loco, coffee on the porch , listen to the Sonos, catch a tube on the boogie board, play games. Always felt safe. The grounds are super clean, not sure how there are like no bugs in such a tropical setting. Great food choices sunsets and sightseeing so close. I looked at a lot of places and cody’s place delivered good times, pura vida every day we were there. Cody is truly the superhost of the year!! I travel a lot and you cannot go wrong here!! Pura Vida!

Cody’s place was exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful grounds, the condo is immaculate and comes with all the amenities you need. Cody was probably the best host we have ever had and we travel a lot! He helped us with so many recommendations, helpful hints and insights. The condo is easy to get to and close to the beach (5 min walk). No crazy hills to climb. Coco Loco was great for lunch and drinks while on the beach. The waves were strong but my older kids spent HOURS searching for treasures in the water. Honestly, our beach days there were probably the best beach days our family has had. Ever. Don’t hesitate to book this condo.
